Hahaha, oh Shige. He's just made of ~*Brilliant*~. Also, I looked up "charai" here because the slang left me confused and found that it can also mean flashy/gaudy, etc. Given Reasonable Koyama's bling-bling and habit of regularly eating not! conveyor-belt sushi, perhaps that's what Shige meant? Idk.

Haha, well there's tons of different definitions because it is slang. I just wrote down what I personally knew. My translation isn't perfect by any means, because I usually take some liberties to make it sounds natural in English. :D

But that dictionary looks interesting, I'll check it out next time!
