Technology addiction is bad, but it's hard to control something fun

I found it interesting to play on the internet for the first time, back in 2003. At the time, my children were still small and I was partly working so the schedule had been murder(as the childcare environment in Japan is not well developed yet, it gives much burden to wives, I believe). But I had started to indulge myself in it for the stress

Thanks! theidlehands, Yeah, I imagine nobody can deny how fun it is to live with technology but we also sacrifice other important things; time, energy, relationship etc...
