i can actually say that i had a good time at work yesterday during our creatively titled "12-hour sale". people were crazed and that made for some good excitement. one lady was rude to me when i greeted her so i sent nancy to greet her to see if she'd be rude to her. she was! then nancy took it up a notch and was overly nice to a man near Rude Lady
