I really loved this episode too. I just laughed when Clark kept saying those things when they were locked on the roof.
But the flying thing, it didn't really look like flying to me, just a super jump, cause every time he does one of those the ground breaks. I'm pretty sure anyways....? Or maybe not...
Great review! I totally agree with a lot of it and I enjoyed reading your thoughts! :D
Okay, let's get this out of the way: Durance did an amazing job mimicking both Mack's mannerisms and her speech patterns. Considering that both her own and Mack's are very unique, that's pretty remarkable. I totally agree! Especially that one scene where Chloe!Lois is like "I'm not dwelling". It's obvious Erica has been watching AM and picking up on her expressions, etc. :D
To make a comparison that reflects poorly on her, let's go back to season 6's 'Rage.' Oliver's behaving weirdly, Clark informs Lois that he thinks Oliver is doing drugs and Lois says something like 'I'm not going to abandon him when he needs me the most.' You know, I didn't even think of that! That's a good comparison. I mean, I felt bad for Jimmy in "Turbulence". It's one thing for him to be second to Clark but Davis? Someone she barely knows? That's gotta hurt.
"I don't make the news. I just report it." Welling's delivery of that line was perfect and made my heart go

I don't know, I'm just tired of waiting for the flying. *sigh* It was very similar to the effect from Crusade, is all.
