See, I would give you reasons, but all I can think is that Bowie costs 80 bucks...

I mean, how many concerts do you go to? How many GOOD concerts do you go to? CAN you afford the 80 bucks.

I haven't listened to their latest album, and I haven't seen the dvd, so I don't know if it's worth it. Also, what about what the band is saying about it? If it's a 'reunion' tour, it's probably a baaaad idea, you know? Not that they're gonna be dressed up like cher or anything... they're just the kind of band that you'd hope would progress instead of living in the past.

not that any band living in the past is any good... but seeing a police concert would be fucking amazing. If only Sting wasn't such a dick about it.

i say go, because as you mentioned, it is rare that they tour this close. also, the only other concerts you'll be going to are $10 bad death metal concerts at the cobalt. treat yourself to a piece of history....i think they'll be part of it anwyays.
