Others shall not be disappointed at the awesomeness :)

I think it's pretty awesome, but then I'm biased ;-)

Regardless of non-noticeable typos. ;)

Sorry - it is rather long, but it's action packed and full of tasty BAMF!Ianto goodness.

Could this be made of any more win? I don't think so.

Gwen is just as awesome as Ianto, but in a different way. That's why she's full of admiration for him for being able to put up with Jack. I know in the fandom there are Gwen haters and Ianto haters, but I love them both. Jack and Gwen would never work, they'd just clash. They'd get on like a house on fire - screams, damage and fire engines.
Thank you, and I'm so glad you enjoyed it - I take it there's little danger of being sporked in badfic_quotes then? ;-) I avoided Gwen being gap toothed, and I think I avoided Ianto rolling his eyes.

Hiding in plain sight, and if you 'own' the town...
I always think if you have unrelenting doom and gloom it's a little too much, you need some funny stuff thrown in as a contrast. And black humour in the face of adveristy is very torchwood.
I wrote this with the mantra of "I am Ianto Jones, and this is how I roll" - shit happens, and he just gets on with it, mostly brave, but still oh so human.

does that mean it can be read backwards?

This is definitely a keeper!

Ianto is not to be trifled with, or he will shoot you. Jack does love himself, but that was a bad double - "does not play well with others". I can just see Jack being a pain in the ass in a domestic setting, sure he's done it before, but does he care? Not really.
I love an undercover Tosh, she's very subtle - all international woman of mystery in an ill-fitting suit. Super-nice Owen is too scary by half. Grudgingly nice Owen I can deal with.
