Egad. I leave TOMORROW. I've got pretty much everything taken care of so far; just need to actually pack. I'm only going to take my backpack, and I'm going to try and go even lighter than I did for Europe last year. This means VERY few clothing items and mostly just meds/toiletries and reading material, I think. Bought some monochrome and color

LUCKY! You'll have to tell me all about Antigua, as Steve and I have that on our list of possible places to honeymoon in August.

I will happily tell you all about the place, but note that their rainy season is during our summer! That whole area (Latin/Central America south of Mexico) = rain and mud from about May-September, and while it is the off-season and will likely be cheaper, it is the off-season for a good reason. Maybe that will help you narrow down your choices!
