I'm trying a Vegetable (& soya mince) Casserole again. Last time I tried this, I couldn't get the vegetables to cook properly and it took hours. This time I pre-heated the oven first and I've left them in there a good 90 minutes so far with a lid on. We'll see

I hunted around for a cheese dumpling recipe a while ago and came up with this one, which is made with egg, not suet or lard, and worked pretty well.
