That much dry heat may dehydrate you. Twenty minute soaks in water as hot as you can stand is more effective and less straining. Use a cold compress on your forehead to prevent dizziness while soaking.

I drink tea whenever I'M sick! Echinacea tea is best -echinacea and zinc fight colds best as near as I can tell.
