Without fear there is not courage

Without our weaknesses we cannot find strengths

Without our moments of hopelessness we cannot find resilience

Without noise we do not appreciate the silence

The only way we can move forward, is if we accept that which is behind.

It will never be a perfect world, but we must stand in the moment where are, and chose the direction we will walk.

May you walk forward in all things.
