Thank you for this. I think you are right. It is about using people to be powerful. When you use people in this way, you will end up being afraid of them.
I also agree to your answer to question three. I am learning from so many responses to that question, that as individuals, we seem to have the most to learn from Pharaoh. When we make a decision and are unwilling to question ourselves, we become like Pharaoh. And being dishonest like that hurts ourselves.
