I'm thinking about dying my hair green with blue tips so it looks like a blue flame when I spike it... any comments on that one?

Certainly exotic . . . what hues would you use? As in, would the blue and green be more darker, or something brighter?

well, I have a color called electric lizzard from manic panic that glows under a blacklight. It's a bright neon green. That would be the green I would use. I have to go to sallys and get a blue bleach powder (the blue powder helps get all the red out of my hair) and run by the dorm to get my bottle of developer. And I have to see if they have a compatible blue at Sallys. I'm thinking a darker blue but if they have one, any one that glows under a black light, I'm all over it!
