So the neighborhood I most want to live in is Echo Park. There or Silverlake/Los Feliz. But those neighborhoods have been so gentrified by hipsters in the last couple of years, rents have soared incredibly since I last looked to move up there

I saw a movie set in Echo park...it was called "Quinceñera" and it was about a 15 year old who gets pregnant, moves in with her grandpa who lives behind a gay couple and sells cahmpurado and her cousin who goes over to the gay guys' house for random play

haha yeah, i wanted to see that movie. it sucks how all these cool neighborhoods are being taken over by hipsters and the gay community driving rent sky high.
