My pals, I wanted to let you all know about something that is really a great cause and close to my heart. My best friend from high school is running in a Marathon in Maui to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. They basically fund research to cure blood cancers such as Leukemia. Elise, who has a dear friend (a girl I know as well)

They also have a triatholon here in Boston in September/October (I have to check the date), which might be even more feasible for anyone that would like to do it or donate. You can team up and some people can run, some can bike, and some can swim. A few of my friends from physical therapy where going to get together for this as well as the Mutiple Sclerosis walk...if you would like to join. So, yeh...thanks Mer for posting...
