I am a bad LJer

Yes, I have been horribly bad about updating my journal.  I have just been so swamped at work that getting 5 minutes to update is a true luxury.

So, here are the bullet points of what has been happening of late:

• My health is excellent.  I just had a checkup last week and I am 100% A-Okay.  I am tested once a month now and by October will go to a test
