Seems there's a mass exodus at work. I've lost 3 sales associates in a week. EH whatever. I understand the reasoning behind 2 of them. One is very pregnant and uncomfortable. I expected that one. I agree, you shouldn't have to put your life on hold for work, no mattter what kind of work it is. I think it's stupid your employees don't understand that you can't be covering all their shit for them. Of course, it's hard to be a manager and still be considered fun and cool to hang out with, especially if people are used to you getting all stepped on by them and now you're starting to get yours back.
