I'm not surprised that we would fail an audit that was performed by our loss prevention partner.  Nobody EVER passes his audits!  However, his comments make this audit not so much a failure.  This audit was a HUGE improvement from last quarter's audit.  We popped on 3 items out of about 70.  Last time there were a lot more.  Our last audit was the
