We had ours hooked up, bought a more expensive internet package because the upload on the lower one would have been prohibitively slow. We were also told we'd be getting the first 3 months at half price as part of the digital package.
When they guy got here, they set up the internet package incorrectly so I still couldn't go on xbox live, and the building doesn't have actual digital cable yet so we can't get the digital package which means we're paying more for cable that looks like absolute crap on my television [i]AND[/i] I couldn't use the service we're paying extra for.
Of course, there's nothing they can do about us not being able to get the package we were promised, and it still took them 2 weeks to send someone out to flip the switch that capped our upload speeds.
Then these people wonder why no body likes them.
