Ok, so maybe I'm out of line here. But in the time that we live in, does it not make sense that a company that has technicians out running from house to apartment to business to whatever (like, say, a gas company) should provide said technicians with cell phones for their work? Should they, say, need to call in to the company or call their next

i have always found that comcast, etc, as well as pizza and Chinese food delivery people have cell phones (which i know because my buzzer isnt connected to anything)... however, i have left notes outside for people like fedex to no avail... people are stupid if its any consolation... which im sure it isnt...
