Oh, seeing a new story from you made me soooooo happy \o/ And what a lovely, touching story it is :) Neal and June certainly have their very own special relationship and Neal would definitely do anything for her, including helping her through difficult times if necessary :D

Very sweet. Neal and June's relationship is so wonderful, love that Neal cares so deeply about June - they will do anything to help the other.

I loved this.
Initially, I thought June didn't want her children to see her because she didn't want them to see her helpless, but I like your explanation so much better!

I'm so glad you enjoyed this. I think June would feel both ways - she wouldn't want her kids hovering, but she wouldn't want them to worry without cause. But you really need somebody with youj, so who better than Neal?

Fantastic and lovely. And I think that even if Neal is a friend, he is not just a friend, he is very special to June. And June as usual is totally awesome, even sick.
