this isn't going to sound nearly as deep as "this professor changed my way of thinking," but it's the truth -- my most influential teacher was mrs. gentry, my 8th grade english teacher. she was also my cheerleading coach that year. she helped me make it through one of the most drama-filled years ever. i was 13, but she treated me like an equal and would listen to every word i said about anyone or anything (mostly anyone though, i was i'm a gossip whore). i don't really know how to explain in words how influential she was or how much her "friendship" meant to me.. but that's my answer, and it's over because schmoopy is climbing on me and won't let me type. have fun with your new kitty. =P loveyou.
I have two teacher that have influenced me a lot... and they are both pre-college... I know, sad. The first one is Miss Kopp... she came in to the class halfway through semester and fresh out of college, she was still passionate about what she was doing and like the people she was teaching she did not know exactly what to do in her life... she taught me how to be open to new idea and she nurtured my love of books. The second teacher was Mr. K. (i can not spell his entire name... its Greek and hard) he pushed me to the limits of what i can do and cant do, he even made me cry... he would not let me get away with anything and taught me responsibility... I did not like him then but i respect him now...
