More thoughts on cop/crime tv later, I hope, but at the moment I'm watching the Underbelly prequel, because I didn't watch Underbelly on tv but later found out that it really was actually good. While I do fear sequelitis, I hope that U:ToTC will have all the qualities of the first series, plus SEVENTIES/EIGHTIES FASHION AND MUSIC!

That sort of thing is certainly a lure in other (UK) 60s/70s shows, but for some reason I hadn't factored that issue into this series. Thanks for the info! Turns out the music is pretty good, too.
