* Part of the reason I've been slack about restarting my gas hot water system pilot light is that optimally I should remember to go outside and do it at a certain shade of dusk (or, very hypothetically, dawn). That is why I actually like that my real estate agent does 3 monthly inspections, otherwise cleaning after a year would be an exercise that would take a week. (full time).
