Ah! I think I know where that is. I take the Baltimore exit from I-70 to get to the el cheapo Flying J truck stop east of Columbus when I'm driving through Ohio.
Baltimore is about six miles south of there on 158. I know at least one person in Baltimore who has been laid off during the Flying J Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring. I haven't been there for awhile, but I do remember going to the Country Market with some NRCS staff a few years ago.
My grandfather drove trucks for a living and took me to quite a few over the years, and my parents preferred to stop at truck stops in the 60s and 70s whenever we crossed the country (as an alternate, they would stop at Stuckey's if one was available).

If you come to Baltimore, do please let me know. I'd be pleased to meet up with you for a cup of coffee.
