We got back a verbal counter-offer on Friday afternoon, sent back our own verbal counter-offer that night, got a written counter-offer identical to our verbal counter-offer on Saturday afternoon, signed it and now it's official...WE ARE UNDER CONTRACT! Closing date of September 30th. Gotta get inspections and financing squared away. But assuming
