Icons not from a TV show! Hurray! I finally got around to screencapping Newsies this weekend and icons followed. Now,t hese are very different for me. Because I think I figured out why I've had such a hard time making icons recently is because I was bored. I had finally learned the best way to make clear icons with good coloring. And then after that I wasn't learning anything else. All my icons looked the same, which is quite boring, and led to me thinking they were crap. But I learned things with this batch. After lots of experimenting, I tried my hand at using gradients and actually figured out that PSP lets you use adjustment layers. Which was really really useful, and can create some nice effects. So enjoy these guys. Cause I really enjoyed making them. Plus, it's Newsies. What's not to love? Oh yeah, and I'll probably be busy in the next couple of days. Hopefully, I'll be posting some banners and maybe making a new tut in the next couple of days.
