The poster of this entry is not a mod; they're just posting their feelings and making a tribute. I'm planning on keeping the page running, although whether or not I continue to post episode discussions I'm not sure. Depends on what people want.

I'm so happy. First losing Castle and then Calzona in one week, I think losing this site too would truly break my heart.

Ya know, in a way when you look back on it, having this song in the show during Arizona's and Callie's scenes was a hint to fans this was it and it was a tribute to them. They did indeed steal the show. It is just too bad their relationship had to end like it did, but it does happen in real life. Penny is a safe choice for Callie and maybe that is what she needs...*sighs*

Callie frustrated me greatly at times, but I will miss Sara Ramirez on the show. She and Jessica were the reasons I started watching. I will continue to do so for JCap, as I do think she will be used more than people think because she is now one of the veterans on the show. Only Ellen, Justin, Kevin, Chandra and James have been on the show longer than she has.

Hopefully we will see Sara again in some capacity, even if it is just the occasional visit to the hospital.

A lot of people thought that as well, but at the same time, the song started playing even before their scene & I don't think any of the songs playing behind a scene had any real meaning or connection to what was being shown. Maybe sometimes, but not always. I would be more convinced if that song was playing during their very last scene, not some angsty scene between them 2 eps before the finale. It just seems really lazy for a song in the background to be a hint that they were done 3 years after a divorce.

Still holding out hope for a George Clooney (ER)-style happy ending, where Arizona fails to find love for another season or so, and upon learning that Callie has broken up with Penny Blah, goes to NYC with Sofia to join her. Exit JCap, cue violins.

Meanwhile, I'm writing lezzie smut for the new Ruby/Dorothy pairing on Once Upon A Time, if anybody wants to drown your Calzona sorrows. They won't get much screen time, but their kiss was as hot as anything Calzona was permitted to give us all these years, and yay for fanfic. ;)
