REALLY good dessert that is really only available in palestine, methinks. you can special order it here, but $65 is a little absurd.

u can make it urself! not too hard. u just need the pastry, if u can find a little arab or turkish shop, and some cheese- i think ricotta will work. instead of samna use clarified butter (ie cook the butter).

there's gotta be recipes online. its basically: pastry plus cheese plus sugar water. oh, nablus.
