Yesterday, we cooked and served:

• 1 herb-roasted chicken
• 1 braised chicken, done coq au vin style with white wine and mushrooms
• 2 pans stuffing
• 2 pans humitas (a Bolivian corn-and-cheese baked thing)
• 1.5 pint gravy
