On one of my many forums, I ran across a post from a pissed parent...pissed because a bunch other people in his neighborhood actually think that he is being mean to his two teenaged boys. I think for a holiday routine, in athletic teens - that can easily be achieved. Especially if the boys had requested the help and an exercise plan.
The only thing that I might question - is teens lifting weights. That can sometimes be a problem with developing muscles and bones. But providing they don’t do it excessively - it seems fine to me!
My athletic child does more than that in an average week anyway. :o)

Indeed...I strongly suspect that the weight lifting is in moderation with supervision. :D

I play too much on the internet and I see nothing wrong with this... in fact, I probably should up my physical exercise routine over the summer and beyond...
