When we moved to Knoxville, we attended the TVUUC a few times, never really feeling "at home"...in part because it is such a large church, and in part because we missed our fellowship and nothing was quite the

Well, the best laid plans.....

We got to the church at 10:45 because the newsletter said service was at 11 am. However, they just changed to one 10 am service for the summer, so basically, we missed the whole thing.

I was a bit peeved Alan didn't want to stay for coffee hour in any event, but after throwing my little snit, I turned nice and we decided to go to Ben and Jerry's for a little ice cream worship service. We then went out hot tub shopping, and I am getting a very nice hot tub.

So while I did not achieve my goal of church, I did GO to church, got some ice cream, a hot tub, and a nice afternoon with Alan and Katy, so there you go.
