Where do the ice cream trucks go in the winter?

They migrate to South America.

A few breeds actually go into hibernation for the period. More rarely, a handful metamorphose into beautiful hot dog stands. It's an amazing sight to behold.

The ones that go south must morph into paletero men--I've never seen an ice cream truck south of the border.
