I do a walk/run combo, at least when I'm on the treadmill and can keep track better, where I walk for so long, then run for so long. Right now I'm on 6 walk/2 run. For a while, I was on 5 walk/4 run, but I stopped jogging for a bit. :(

I'm still a little worried about jogging outside - even though I haven't fallen much since I lost weight, I'm still worried it'll happen. At least on the treadmill, I'm at home. However, the TM is at my parents house, not mine. Pondering convincing them to bring it here for the basement...

I got a talking watch so I could keep track of quick transitions, or I use my massive music collection to do a 1-4-1-4 mix or whatever. I'm finding that I highly prefer running outside, because it's less boring, but I do have to make sure I have my inhaler--cold air does not agree with my lungs.
