It's weird, but slam poetry is so different from regular poetry. To me, it's really meant to be heard rather than seen. When I read it like this, it doesn't seem the same. But that's probably just me being the typical writer haha. I'm glad you still liked it, though. Maybe I'll bring it into the Arm after break and perform it for you guys...
