Well im in week 20. I had bens parents here on the weekend. They were going to watch mitchell while ben and i went out, but mitchell was sick and i didnt want to leave him. He also missed out on going to his first birthday party which was very disappointing

Well you beat me to it. Im thinking the cord might be between its legs like last time. Its only 500 mls when your having your 20 week scan, so its not as bad as the 1ltr. The lady who did it says its not enjoyable for the mother if she is hurting during the scan and less water wont matter.

Yeah one of my ultrasound technicians told me I really didn't need to drink a litre.. Just enough to have liquid around the bub... I think with each one I had I went to toilet just before it but stopped myself midstream (hehehe), just to let the pressure down a bit.

And being in a car driving there with a full bladder,, that always killed me

I didn't know about all that 1l, 500mls stuff. they just told me to "have a full bladder" I could have saved myself alot of uncomfortability with Robert as I had about 5 scans with him.

My next scan is 13th April. Friday 13th :-o

Yeah you only need like 2 glasses of water for the 20 week scan. I will now be 22 weeks for my scan. You will know why after reading my post.

Yeah mitchell always gets out the mop or broom when i start to vacuum.
