So i got my bird today. He is only a baby. We have decided to call him Banjo. He is still setteling in and getting used to me. He didnt want to go near me when i got him home. How much did he cost (+ the cage and play thingy?)
He is very cute.
I can't wait to get ours, but that will be awhile yet. Hopefully they'll get some females this weekend..

Banjo cost $70. The grey ones were $50. The cage was 20 and the play thing was $30. We got his food and a hanging seed thing for free.

Yeah he can sit up there during the day. He needs a bath. His tail feathers are dirty from sleeping under the other birds. I saw some bird bath in the pet shop the other day. Also had stuff for mites and stuff to add to the wate for worming and stuff. The lady said they have all been wormed though.

oh I had a bird like that when I was little, his name was Henry, until he laid an egg and then he became Henrietta

Ha ha ha thats funny. The lady i got him from assured me its a boy. I had a rabbit once i thought was a girl. I ahd to get rid of it because i was moving to a state that didnt let you have them as pets.... The vet told me it was a boy and not a girl like i first thought.
