well see i have to really " best friends " one of them is a guy and we beat the fuck out of each other and then save each others asses when the other one gets in it deep

then the other best friend is a chick and we are close and we flirt around and stuff but also she is there when i need a helping hand or just bored and we go do somthing

so i am saying that a best friend is what ever you make of it no one has the same idea of best friends it is how you YOUR SELF SEE IT so in other words there is no answer to your question
