So, Harry Potter is gay. Or not. Confusion reigns in Gryffindor. Lavendar and Harry were so busy ragging on each other that we missed out on the usual Gryffindor/Slytherin battle of wits.

The new DADA teacher, Professor Hart, appeared at the banquet in Slytherin robes! And seems to be quite friendly with Professor Snape. Interesting.

Finally, my OWL results have arrived! 9 OWLs, passed everything I took. Only an E in Potions, which is rather disappointing . . . but there's always next term.

I wonder if Muggles realise how much like magic some of their inventions are. Like computers, and the interweb; it's like waving your wand, saying "Accio!" and having all the information you need at your fingertips. Or in some cases, too much information at your fingertips. It's amazing, the things one can find using this machine. Of course, if I understand correctly, the information isn't really on the machine. I think I'll ask Mum to take me to Muggle London, they must have books about this.

Mum and I are spending the summer in Darby, but it isn't far by broom.
