so I've been using LJ as a private sounding board as of late - considering fb has all my friends and family and myspace is dead.

this year is going tons better - we won in the court case against his ex - in order to see the kids. Though that was short lived when she started filing false children services reports against me. We're currently getting

theyre getting better - we sat down this morning and talked about a bunch of stuff - got stuff out in the open and things seem to be different. For starters its the first time he's ever just man'd up and said "Im sorry I was wrong" point blank with no excuses and no reasons.... im not perfect in all this by far please dont think that but i know what im asking for and what I want isnt like asking for a million $$ movie deal or something.

Sometimes I feel like we dont even have a chance to be happy with all the stress that is CONSTANT in our life because if his ex. in the past 3 months she tried to have my children taken away - called children services on me and accused me of molesting his kids, all which were dropped but none the less....and it never stops. she is always pulling something.
