I finally beat it, over 3 months after it happened. You will need to write a letter ASAP to

(I don't know the address, I think I googled it.) I mailed it to have proof of a postmark but fax might work too.
She has to receive it within 30 days of the ticket. I don't know your exact circumstances but in my case I did pay for the ticket and the machine malfunctioned. Pacific Audit Solutions will try and tell you that they can't waive the fee, they are lying. They finally waived mine after I copied them on the email to Anne and harassed them by phone. They aren't allowed to add to the ticket through administrative fees, etc after you file the complaint, either. Good luck...let me know how it turns out! I hate this company with a passion.
