That's a coyote? Wow. We have 'em here, all over the place, but I've never seen one resting before. They're usually running. Coyotes aren't very dangerous to people, they're scaredy-cats. :)
yah that pic shows a very comfortable little coyote. ive seen them in the wild too, and yah they really dont like people much. i think they try to avoid confrontation. :)
I like coyotes, actually. My only beef with them is that they eat kittens, which really isn't their fault because they don't see kittens, they see dinner (and I think their main food is carrion, anyway, right?). It's more our fault, really, for constantly tearing up their natural habitat to build condos.
i suppose anything relatively small -alive or not - would qualify as food. i remember when famous chef Julia Child did a segment on preparing rabbit meat and was swamped with calls from angry viewers who couldnt believe she was cooking a cute little bunny wabbit. i suppose what qualifies as dinner depends on your perspective. :) and yes, i believe coyotes mostly eat carrion. or out of our garbage cans, whatever is easier. encroachment on natural habitat, indeed!
I didn't even notice the lack of Callum because of the cute coyote. Now excuse me, I have to play Road Runner and Wyle E. Coyote with Callum in my Naked!Room for a while.
Oh, man, you're killin' us this morning! In the nicest possible way, of course. *g*
First with the extreme adorableness of Charlie Coyote, and then Callum-in-the-bathtub icon, and then Mamet. Mmmm.... a cup of coffee, and a side order of lust. Yep.
Edit: Just went back to look around Charlie's site some more. I might need one of those 2008 calendars. Srsly might need.
Sword! Oo, that's a lovely weapon; the nice, simple design of the hilt and the quillions...
Okay how wrong is it that I'm looking at Callum with a sword, and I got distracted by the steel? Obviously my priorities need adjusting. *hangs head in shame*
Last night there was an item on the news about a baby tiger cub in China. Tiger cubs are to cute what Callum in glasses is to hot, for me. I ended up writhing on the couch, completely unable to speak, just making squeaking noises.
