Anyone know how to edit an ISO on a mac?

You should be able to mount it using Disk Utility. If you can't mount it read-write, you may need to create a new image. Sufficiently arcane disk image fiddling using non-Apple formats may require third-party software like Roxio's Toast.

many of the linux forums may also have info on how to mount them using the command line... helpdocs are your friends...
