I presume you mean to work out in your head, not on paper, as someone suggested when I mentioned it. In that case, I worked yours out with less effort than mine (don't recall that I had considered mine before): it ends up with 'wrong' sequences of consonants. I reckon the key to names that are readily worked out is that they are either consonant - vowel or (backwards) diphthong - vowel sequences, as yours is. Once you have to turn 'ch', 'th', 'st' or similar round, you get something the brain stumbles over as 'hc' isn't an obvious English phoneme.
