Mental Breakdown

Ok, so my fucking cat is missing. I let both of them out this morning when I let Duke out, and I came home for lunch and Belle was gone. She never leaves the backyard but I guess with all the wind today, she freaked out and jumped the fence. I've spent hours calling and searching to no avail. It's going to be freezing tonight. My cat is either

I found her! I woke up at like 2am and let my dog outside, sat down and smoked a cigarette while watching him, and I hear a her moewing. Grab a flashlight and look over the fence. Still don't see her but can hear her, and then I look up in the trees, and there she is.....about 80 feet up in a small tree in my neighbors yard. That whole time that I was out walking around everywhere, calling for her, she was right next to the house.
I coaxed her down with food and now my cats are no longer allowed outside.
