For the new year

With tomorrow being the last day of 2016, I figured that I would post here what I plan on doing different in the upcoming year.

Basically, these are my new year's resolutions - broken by category

For Health -
Food -
I will no longer use a drive-thru, except when requested by others that I may be traveling with.
When eating out, I will select places that don't have a drive-thru.
I will have a maximum of 3 hamburgers a week.

Drink -
My main drink will become water.
Tea will be allowed with food.
Soda will be limited to once a week, limit of 32 oz (Game night).
Sports drink/milk/recover shake will be allowed following exercise.

Exercise -
Attendance at gym every Sun/Wed to begin, rotate between In-Shape and Planet Fitness.
Will increase daily visits by 1 every 4 months (2 d/w Jan-Apr, 3 d/w May-Aug, 4 d/w Sep-Dec)
Will begin with 20 min during January, adding 5 min each month to 75 min during December.
Body measurements to be done the first Sunday of each month.

For Wealth -
$10 will be set aside each week for savings.
From each school disbursement - $500 will be set aside.
When able, create savings account with a credit union to house funds.

For Spirit -
Take at least 5 min each morning to center mind.
Be more active in prayer.
Keep this updated.

This here is a good list of manageable goals for the upcoming year.
For the items that will be tracked, I will post them here.
