It's been a while. In case you wonder the format, here is guide to explain.

Genre: as listed, "yaoi" is used when there is (explicit) sexual content in the book
Language: as listed
Pages: as listed
Size: B5 is (182mm x 257mm), and A5 is (148mm x 210mm), when is shown as -A5, the doujin is smaller than that size.
Publication Date: year年month月day日
Pairing: as listed
For Sale/Trade: as listed, if for sale, feel free to send me a message
Scans: if available most likely a translation is in progress
Translation: as would be listed here, when scanlated they will be posted @ stuckintwilight
Purchased: where I bought the doujinshi usually- yahoo japan auctions, happy otaku site, ebay, jpqueen, or on rarer occassions livejournal.
Range: this is the tricky part, usually the price I paid for or prices I've seen the doujin go from lowest to highest is listed in US or JP currency. But sometimes I may put an average "around" this price, price.
Recommendation: my personal preference to the doujin, if I really liked it its "very high", this rating goes (high, medium, low) to "very low". Completely objective, what makes me go "EEEEEEE!" may not do the same for you.
-notes may go down here on my experience buying the doujin.
-any extras (omake) such as postcards, fliers, etc printed by the artist.
-details about the doujin. like if the cover is shiny or has a coverslip.
-sample scans.
-if an anthology the listed works with publication date.
