Size: B5 is (182mm x 257mm), and A5 is (148mm x 210mm), when is shown as -A5, the doujin is smaller than that size.

stuckintwilightPurchased: where I bought the doujinshi usually- yahoo japan auctions, happy otaku site, ebay, jpqueen, or on rarer occassions livejournal.
Range: this is the tricky part, usually the price I paid for or prices I've seen the doujin go from lowest to highest is listed in US or JP currency. But sometimes I may put an average "around" this price, price.
Recommendation: my personal preference to the doujin, if I really liked it its "very high", this rating goes (high, medium, low) to "very low". Completely objective, what makes me go "EEEEEEE!" may not do the same for you.
