I've always been very amused by Air New Zealand's 'Nothing to Hide' advertising campaign. I think it's good not only because the campaign speaks for its fares, but it's also a quirky way to catch the attention of consumers, and to take the chance to reflect the the 'NZ Culture'. I can't pinpoint the a finger to it, but unlike other airlines safety video which is more.. classy, professional etc, Air NZ's one is more quirky, funny and lighthearted but at the same time getting the safety information through to passengers.
In the campaign which seeks to communicate that Air NZ fares have 'nothing to hide', ie.: no hidden taxes, additional costs upon the price advertised, they involved most of their crew and did body painting of their uniforms - so real it almost seems like they were wearing them. But in fact, they were really bare (or nude) from top to bottom, except the shoes and caps.
