Mmm, when life doesn't treat you good, the next thing best you can do, is to treat yourself better. This is my 3rd year overseas and I can't say I'm extremely good at cooking, but passable, and edible -- really. :D

i mean i spent two months in the states, and it was really hard to try to replicate asian food. and here u have it, looking so nice and homemade!

I don't cook at these in SG - I don't even cook in SG. But I do like to experiment new stuff in NZ when I'm in the mood. Haha, the ingredients are not that difficult to find, you just have to know where to get them.
There're a couple of asian stores in town that sells all the sauces, some of the ingredients like the mushrooms I brought them over from SG. And the taupok, I bought it from the farmers market that goes on every sunday. Lol.. next time back in SG got chance I cook for you! :D
