Sometimes, you just need to talk to your mom.

You know, I could never be fully open about my personal life with either of my parents until about a year and a half ago when my progress with work halted their constant pestering. They began to respect me and slowly communication opened up with my Mother and I. I went from hearing from them once or twice a month to calling my Mom twice or three times a week. I don't know your issue or status with much of anything really, but I just thought I'd input that. Sometimes I read myspace and facebook and lj and feel like a stalker reading the laden thoughts of dozens of people I used to call good friends, and occasionally I reach out, hoping for the best. I hope things are going well for you, and I wish you the best at school.

Yes, I've been amazed at what my mom knows, and wondered why I never seemed to realize it before.

What's your address now? I wrote you a letter sometime ago, but I didn't know where to send it. Don't feel like a stalker in regards to me - you'll always be welcome in my life.

A letter you say? Wow. I don't think anyone's ever written me a letter. Huh.
