- It was 60 degrees here on Monday. Yesterday was equally beautiful. They are saying that it will hit 70 today. Tomorrow, when truecrystal arrives, it will all turn to shit. Rain…snow…30something degree weather. Now that is just mean ( Read more... )

Ooooh. Some one else who's watching The Riches. Go us! I'm in it solely for Eddie. I loves me some Eddie. And so far the show is rather good.

Yeah, I think it has a lot of potential. The previews for what is to come look really good. Minnie Driver was surprisingly good but man, is she funny looking or what? /shallow

I’m just hoping that the finale ends with Sucre, Belleck, C-Note and T-Bag dead.

I'm hoping that Sucre rides off into the Mexican sunset and lives happily ever after. But I would be completely happy with Bellick, C-Note, and T-Bag kicking the bucket before the season's over.

Yeah, I take back what I said. I would be happy with Sucre living and getting away to live a long happy life. I don't think I'd mind if C-Note lived because I don't really hate him, I'm just bored with him. Hey, as long as they are off my screen, I'll be happy.

(here via metaquotes...because I have nothing better to do...)

Veronica Mars: Whatever. I mean, I still watch it but it just really, really sucks now. Not that I thought it was ever The.Greatest.Show.Ever!!! But it just really…sucks now.

Gah I so agree. I watched the first season and couldn't really figure out why it interested me so much...I knew that most of it was cliché but they set up the Lily Kane murder in such a way that I kept watching, my attention dwindled in the second season, now it's just painful. I sort of hope they get canceled and I can just pretend I imagined the whole third season.

Either that or have the whole Logan/Veronica split actually LAST this time (on again/Off again relationships are annoying if they aren't portrayed right and this one is getting old fast) and step up the quality of the mysteries. This last arch sucked big time.

Exactly. I'm not sure if any show has gotten it right. But it is capable to keep something like that fresh and exciting. But man, VM is just boring me to tears. I think it has something to do with the smaller arcs. I like a big old arc that lasts all season and keeps me guessing.

Um, so in spite of the fact that you might defriend me for this: I freaking hate Lost now. I'm totally over it.

I'm glad that you and others still enjoy it- but it drives me bananas.

I don't ask that a show give everything away up front- in fact I much prefer shows that hold some things back and leave a little mystery/surprise you every once and a while. But it's enough already here.

Every damned time I see an interview with the creators/producers (whoever) they're always all "Oh we're totally going to reveal the BIGGEST SECRET YET!" Then the reveal is like "there's a VW bus in the jungle." WTF I NEVER wondered about a damned VW bus. STFU Lost.

Ugh, sorry. I mean, I loved it first season- I did. But I'm just kind of over it now.

Right, anyhow- maybe this will save me from being defriended:

I Looooooove Dresden Files. That show? Is awesome! Every time I think I have it figured out, it's totally not what I'd expected. I totally want to read the book(s?) now.

Also, the Husband & I TiVo'd the Riches on Monday (as- and again, I may ( ... )

Aw, I wouldn't defriend you over something like that! Now if you bashed Rome or Arrested Development...then I'd have to hurt you. ;)

Well, you know I love AD and Rome...well I haven't seen that yet.

It's on the list of things to check out (gotta love Netflix), but we haven't gotten there quite yet.

She was Nicki...who if I remember correctly was Drew's overweight, then not overweight girlfriend.

She came after Kate- when Kate left the show.

I think. I kinda stopped watching when Christa Miller left.

Ok, after a brief google search- it's the other way around. She was thin and then gained weight (ostensibly because Drew ate so much- it was the worst story arc ever, IMO)...
